Jill C. Irvin
Jill Irvin graduated from The University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2017. During law school, she completed a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. Jill was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Mock Trial Team, the Entertainment Law Moot Court Team, and the Moot Court Board. She also served as Chair of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and was elected to the Student Bar Association. Jill was a member of the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy and the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, & Social Justice. She was also involved in UT Law Ambassadors and served on the Dean’s Student Advisory Council.
Jill earned certificates of academic excellence in Trial Practice, Legal Process, Investigatory Criminal Procedure, and Lawyers as Leaders. Notably, she was selected for membership in the Order of Barristers and received the Tennessee Attorney General Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
A native of Leopold, Missouri, Jill graduated summa cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University in 2014. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. Jill was involved in numerous student organizations, including the All-University Judicial Board, the President’s Leadership Academy, the Student Alumni Association, and Alpha Delta Pi.
